Usage Guide:

• Please remember that any engraved food surface will be hard to clean properly. With that in mind, we have the following suggestions to make the most of your board:

• Do not cut food on the engraved side of the board.

• Do not place food directly on the engrave. We would suggest placing plastic wrap around the board and under the food to protect the board if you want the engraved side to show as the food is displaced.

• Do not place the board in the dishwasher. HAND WASH ONLY.

• Your board has been treated with Howard Cutting Board Oil. You should treat it from time-to-time as well.
